この果樹園があるのは、海と山に抱かれた特別な場所。
海から届くやわらかな潮風と、山から吹き下ろす澄んだ風。その両方を浴びて育つことで、さくらんぼは甘みと香りがいっそう際立ち、他では味わえない奥行きのある味わいに仕上がります。自然がつくる“調和”が、実にそのまま宿っているようです。
そして、この土地に根を張り続けて40年。
さくらんぼはとても繊細で、雨が降ると水分を含みすぎて実が割れてしまうこともあります。だからこそ、農園のスタッフは毎日の天候に目を配り、収穫のその瞬間まで丁寧に守り育てています。
摘み取りの時期には、長い脚立に上って一粒ずつ。熟れ具合を見極めながら、手作業でそっと収穫する――その積み重ねが、この一粒の感動をつくっています。

In Northern Shiribeshi, Hokkaido, there is a cherry orchard we wholeheartedly recommend.
One bite is enough to surprise you—an incredible sweetness, followed by a gentle fragrance that blossoms as you chew. The secret behind this exceptional taste lies in the land itself.
This orchard sits in a truly special place, embraced by both sea and mountains. Soft, salty breezes drifting in from the ocean meet the crisp, pure winds flowing down from the hills. Bathed in both, the cherries develop a more vivid sweetness and aroma, resulting in a deep, layered flavor you simply won’t find elsewhere. It’s as if nature’s perfect harmony lives within each fruit.
And these trees have been rooted in this land for 40 years.
Cherries are remarkably delicate; when it rains, they can absorb too much water and split. That’s why the orchard team keeps a close eye on the weather every day, protecting and nurturing the fruit right up to the moment of harvest. When the season arrives, they climb tall ladders and pick each cherry by hand—one by one—carefully judging ripeness and gently harvesting at its peak. That steady devotion is what creates the joy in every single bite.
